We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange within the timelines below. This policy applies to U.S. orders only.
30-Day Window: Request a return within 30 days of delivery (per the carrier’s delivery scan).
Condition: Items must be new, unworn/unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags, cases, cloths, inserts, and accessories.
Sunglasses: Lenses must be scratch-free; any protective films or stickers must remain intact.
Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required.
Non-returnable items:
Items marked Final Sale at checkout
Gift cards/store credit
Free gifts or promotional items
Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused or refunded at a partial value.
Email support@purelabsunglasses.com with your order #, item(s), and reason.
We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Pack items securely and ship using a trackable service.
Unauthorized returns (no RMA) may be delayed or declined.
Change of mind / size / not as expected: Customer pays return shipping.
Defective, damaged on arrival, or wrong item sent: We cover return shipping (prepaid label after approval).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit if you choose).
After the return reaches our facility, allow 3–5 business days for inspection and 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
If the item arrives used, missing parts, or damaged, a deduction may apply or the return may be rejected.
The fastest method is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.
If inventory allows, we can process a direct exchange after we receive your return—email us to check availability.
Inspect your order upon delivery. If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days with your order # and photos/video.
Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, and provide a prepaid label if a return is needed.
Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear isn’t covered.
Orders can be canceled or edited before fulfillment only. Once shipped, please use the return process.
We ship to the address entered at checkout; we’re not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable/refused, we’ll refund the item price minus outbound shipping once received and inspected.
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, eligible returns can be issued as store credit to you. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.
We do not offer a lifetime warranty. Scratches, lens wear, accidental damage, or modifications are not considered defects.
Note: Our sunglasses are lifestyle eyewear and not ANSI Z87.1 safety glasses.
