Welcome to Pure Lab Sunglasses (“Pure Lab Sunglasses,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to purchase or create an account.
3) Your Account
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate this Agreement or the law.
4) Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, policy violations, out-of-stock). An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. If an order (or line item) is canceled, we’ll refund any amounts paid for the canceled item(s).
5) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Promotions and coupon codes are limited-time, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing/description errors and to cancel or revise affected orders.
6) Payments
We use third-party payment processors to accept approved payment methods. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our processor(s) to charge your selected method for the order total (including taxes, shipping, and any fees). We do not store full card numbers. You agree to comply with your card issuer’s terms.
7) Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss
Shipping options and estimates are shown at checkout; estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier (the carrier’s acceptance scan). Please verify your shipping address—delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses are not our responsibility.

Returns: most sunglasses may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn/unused, scratch-free, and in original packaging with tags/case/cloth.
Final-sale items are not returnable.
Customer pays return shipping except when we sent a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; shipping fees are non-refundable.
9) Product Descriptions & Colors
We strive for accuracy in descriptions, sizing, and imagery; minor variations (e.g., color differences due to display settings) may occur. Measurements are approximate. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused per our return policy.
Safety note: Our sunglasses are lifestyle eyewear and not ANSI Z87.1 safety glasses.
10) Non-Affiliation Statement
We sell unbranded eyewear. We are not affiliated with and do not claim endorsement by any designer or third-party brand. Do not market, resell, or represent our goods as branded/designer items.
11) Intellectual Property
Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, software, design) is owned by or licensed to Pure Lab Sunglasses and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
12) User Content (Reviews, Photos, Comments)
If you submit content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and display that content in connection with the Services and our marketing. You represent that you own the content and that it doesn’t infringe any rights or violate law. We may remove content at our discretion.
13) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Break any law or third-party rights;
Engage in fraud or chargeback abuse;
Interfere with or disrupt the Services;
Use bots/scrapers without permission;
Upload malware or attempt to access non-public areas;
Misrepresent our products as branded/designer or as safety eyewear.
14) Third-Party Services
Links to third-party sites/services are provided for convenience. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Your use is at your own risk and governed by those parties’ terms and policies.
15) Communications; Email & SMS
If you opt in, you consent to receive marketing emails/SMS from us. Message/data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe via the email footer or reply STOP to SMS. You’ll still receive essential transactional messages about your orders.
16) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.
17) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Lab Sunglasses and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenues, arising from or related to the Services or products. Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some states do not allow certain limits; in such states, liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law.
18) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pure Lab Sunglasses from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, misuse of the Services, or violation of law or third-party rights.
19) Disputes; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Informal Resolution. Contact support@purelabsunglasses.com to try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days. Arbitration. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Venue & Law. Arbitration will occur in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or by video/phone if agreed. Class Action Waiver. You and we agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, not as a class or representative action. You may seek relief in small-claims court if your claim qualifies.
20) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and applicable U.S. federal law.
21) Changes to the Services & to These Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services and may update these Terms from time to time. The updated “Last updated” date applies when posted. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
22) Miscellaneous
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, plus policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
